Exchange and Return Policy
The company does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
No exchanges are accepted for sales made outside of Peru.
An exchange can be made only once per purchase.
Exchanges are only allowed with a sales receipt/invoice or a gift receipt. The product must be in perfect condition, as originally sold, with its original packaging in good condition.
Exchanges are valid for an amount equal to or greater than the original purchase (with the difference paid by the customer).
All exchanges generate a credit note that supports the transaction, which will be valid for one day. If the credit is not used within that day, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
Important Information About Taxes and Duties
Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional charges (such as taxes and duties) once they arrive in your country. Karin de la Sierra cannot predict these amounts, as they are determined by the customs authorities of each country.
You are responsible for paying any additional charges requested by your country’s authorities. Contacting your local customs office can help you determine the tax-free import limit in your country and/or calculate the taxes you may need to pay for your purchased item.
If you refuse to accept your order due to additional charges determined by customs, Karin de la Sierra reserves the right to charge you for both shipping and return costs, as well as any additional fees imposed by customs.
The courier will make two delivery attempts to the address provided. If both attempts fail, your order will be returned to Karin de la Sierra. In such cases, Karin de la Sierra reserves the right to charge you for shipping fees, administrative costs, and any compensation for product damage.
